How a pilot-brief request is handled

Information you choose to send

The form asks for your name, work email, organization, role, country, buyer type, configuration interest, learners working at once, timing, current training method, and an optional note. Limited campaign details, the CTA location, request intent, and a sanitized http(s) referrer may also accompany the request when present.

A hidden honeypot field and the form start time are checked to reject automated or implausibly fast submissions. Those anti-bot values are not included in the delivered lead.

Delivery and success

After server-side validation, the site sends the validated details as JSON to the private server-side destination configured through LEAD_WEBHOOK_URL. The destination URL is not exposed to the browser. The site confirms success only when that destination accepts delivery with a successful response.

The website has no lead database and is designed not to log form payloads. If the webhook is missing, unavailable, times out, or rejects the request, the form reports that the details were not recorded. Retention or further processing by the receiving service is not yet documented for publication.

Purpose, email, and cookies

The request is intended to assess product and training fit and to reply about that request. Submitting it does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

After accepted delivery, the server sets one short-lived, strictly necessary, HttpOnly cookie containing only a confirmation flag. It lets the thank-you page distinguish a delivered request from a direct visit; it does not contain the form details. The current application code does not set analytics, advertising, or newsletter cookies. Any additional controls applied by the eventual hosting provider must be documented when that provider is confirmed.

Details still required before launch

The site identifies its publisher as Bjorvand Solutions, Norway. The full legal entity and data-controller details, controller address, privacy contact, webhook recipient and processors, transfer details, legal basis, retention and deletion schedule, and rights-request procedure have not been supplied for publication. This notice must be completed before live public lead collection begins.
